1. Currency and Pricing:

   • All prices are quoted in IDR Indonesian Rupiah.

2. Waiting Time:

   • For hotel or residence pickups, the initial 15 minutes of waiting time are included with no extra charge.

   • For airport pickups, no extra charge will apply for the first hour.

3. Cancellations:

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price.

   • Changes to the reservation within less than 24 hours will be confirmed based on availability.

4. Special Dates Pricing:

   • On special dates such as December 24th, 25th, and 31st, as well as January 1st, prices will be increased by 50%.

5. Meeting the Chauffeur:

   • If the client cannot locate the chauffeur, please contact us before seeking alternative transportation.

6. Transportation Times:

   • The contractor is responsible for informing the client of transportation times.

7. Lost Items:

   • We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles.

8. Delays Due to Conditions:

   • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or security issues on the roads.

9. Vehicle Capacity:

   • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their capacity.

10. Damages:

    • Customers assume full responsibility for any damages caused inside the vehicles.
